TOGAS – TOwards GAstric Cancer Screening Implementation in the European Union
There is no effective screening method in Europe for the prevention of gastric cancer. The overall objective of TOGAS is therefore to provide the missing evidence that can be used to design, plan, and implement appropriate gastric cancer prevention in the EU.

AIDA – an AI diagnostic assistant for detecting lesions before gastric cancer
The AIDA project aims to develop and validate a multidisciplinary AI-powered assistant that will help clinicians prevent gastric cancer by diagnosing precancerous gastric inflammation and suggesting personalized therapies and follow-up care.

ENDOMIC – Impact of gut microbiota on digestive disorders
in women with endometriosis
In the context of endometriosis, the project aims to better characterize the digestive disorders suffered by these patients, analyze the composition of their gut microbiota, and study its impact on digestive functions. The objective is to identify new treatments and/or improve current care.

CELESTE – Nantes Cohort for Chronic Inflammatory Bowel Diseases
